Mine crystallized slightly after a few weeks, and I actually appreciated that because it felt real and unprocessed.

Raw Honey Care

What to expect from raw, unfiltered honey.

Collapsible content

Why does raw honey crystallize?

Because raw honey is unfiltered and unheated, its natural glucose and fructose begin to crystallize over time. This is a sign of quality and purity, not spoilage.

How should I store raw honey?

Keep raw honey sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. There’s no need to refrigerate; warmth will speed up crystallization, while cold slows it. If crystals form, gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water.

How do I make it pourable again?

Place the jar in warm water (below 40°C/104°F) and stir gently until the crystals melt. Avoid microwaves or boiling. Keep the lid on between uses to prevent moisture and never refrigerate.
