Return & Refund Policy

You have 3 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.
Because our honey is small-batch and perishable, we personally review each request to ensure every jar we ship or receive meets our quality standards.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened, in the same condition as received.
  • Remain in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@heyhoneyfarms.ca within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll guide you through the process and send a pre-paid return label if your item is eligible.
(Items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.)

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used honey jars
  • Opened personal-care items (lip balms, lotions, etc.)

Exchanges

To receive a different item, please complete the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival.

  • Approval: If approved, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
  • Restocking Fee: A small 15 % restocking and quality-control fee may apply to standard returns to cover handling and packaging costs.
