We have a 14-day return policy (14 days from delivery date). To be eligible:
✅ Item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
✅ Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Yes! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase:

• Return the sealed, unused jar within 14 days.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Important: Refunds are subject to approval based on the product’s condition (e.g., used jars cannot be returned).

We’ll fix it ASAP! Here’s what to do:

2️⃣ Email the photos to support@heyhoneyfarms.ca within 24 hours of delivery.
3️⃣ Our team will review and send a replacement or refund—no restocking fee!
