You have 3 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return. Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Email us at support@heyhoneyfarms.ca to start the process. Please note, a 15% restocking and quality control fee may apply to standard returns to cover handling costs.

Yes. Our honey is 100% raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurized. It is never heated above the natural temperature of the hive, which preserves the natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients that make raw honey beneficial. This is real honey in its purest form.

Crystallization is a natural process that occurs in all raw honey over time. It is actually a sign of quality and purity, not spoilage. To return it to a liquid state, place the sealed jar in a bowl of warm water (below 40 degrees Celsius) and stir gently. Avoid microwaving, as high heat can damage the beneficial enzymes.

Keep your honey sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. There is no need to refrigerate it. Cold temperatures can actually speed up crystallization. Keep the lid on between uses and your honey will stay beautiful for a very long time.
