Return and Refund Policy
You have 3 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return. Because our honey is small-batch and perishable, we personally review each request to ensure every jar we ship or receive meets our quality standards.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition as received. It must remain in its original packaging with all tags intact. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@heyhoneyfarms.ca within 3 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process and send a pre-paid return label if your item is eligible. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used honey jars and opened personal care items.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, please complete the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If approved, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. A 15% restocking and quality control fee may apply to standard returns to cover handling and packaging costs.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please email support@heyhoneyfarms.ca.
